The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal, Eugene Czolij, attended the launch of the book “Letters from Ukraine” directed by a journalist from Le Devoir, Magdaline Boutros, on 28 February 2024 in Montreal.
The preface to this book was written by Oleksandra Romantsova, Executive Director of the Center for Civil Liberties in Kyiv, an organization which was co-winner of the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize. The afterword was written by Eugene Czolij.
