The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal, Eugene Czolij, gave a speech during the Annual General Meeting of the Order of the Star of the 12th Regiment of Trois-Rivières of the Canadian Armed Forces on December 9, 2025 in Trois-Rivières.

 

During his speech, he thanked Canada for Operation UNIFIER, launched in 2015 and extended to March 2026. Under Operation UNIFIER, the Canadian Armed Forces trained over 47,000 members of the Security Forces of Ukraine.
