The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal, Eugene Czolij, attended a reception on the occasion of the anniversary of the Emperor of Japan at the invitation of the Consul General of Japan in Montreal, Akihiko Uchikawa, on March 20, 2026 in Montreal.
