The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal Eugene Czolij gave a speech about the genocidal war of Russia against Ukraine and thanked Poland for its support of the Ukrainian people during the commemoration of the Constitution Day on 4 May 2022 at the Consulate General of the Republic of Poland in Montreal.
