Not everybody is fortunate enough to get a second chance.
However, during the July 2023 NATO Summit in Vilnius, Lithuania, NATO will have another chance to correct its monumental geopolitical blunder committed — 15 years ago — at the 2008 NATO Summit in Bucharest, Romania.
