EUGENE CZOLIJ MET THE PREMIER OF QUEBEC

The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal, Eugene Czolij, attended a reception for the exchange of greetings for the year 2026 with members of the Quebec consular corps at the invitation of the Premier of Quebec, François Legault, and the Minister of International Relations and Francophonie of Quebec, Christopher Skeete, on February 3, 2026 in Quebec City.

During this event, Eugene Czolij thanked the Premier of Quebec for his support to Ukraine and Ukrainians displaced in Quebec and informed him of Russia’s current efforts to freeze Ukrainians to death. He also called on the Premier of Quebec to underscore that Ukraine has the absolute right to protect its territorial integrity.
