On 19 November 2023, the Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal, Eugene Czolij, delivered greetings during a reception in Montreal commemorating the 60th anniversary of the Father Josaphat Jean Foundation, which has awarded scholarships to deserving students of more than half a million dollars over the course of its history.
