The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal, Eugene Czolij, attended the official signing of a Memorandum of Understanding by the Premier of Manitoba, Wab Kinew, and the Head of the Kherson Regional Military (State) Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, during a side event of the G7 Summit on June 17, 2025 in Calgary.

 

This Memorandum of Understanding includes the collaboration in key areas such as agriculture, economic development, education, health care, sport and culture, and environmental sustainability.
