EUGENE CZOLIJ AT THE MAX BELL SCHOOL OF PUBLIC POLICY

The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal and NGO “Ukraine-2050” President, Eugene Czolij, was hosted by the Max Bell School of Public Policy at McGill University for a lecture on Ukraine on February 11, 2026.

The discussion was moderated by McConnell Professor of Practice and Montreal Institute for Global Security Executive Director, Kyle Matthews, and covered a wide range of issues regarding safeguarding Ukraine's sovereignty and protecting Ukrainian civilians, as well as mobilizing important military, financial and political resources to help Ukraine defend its independence and the territorial integrity of Europe from Russian aggression.
