The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal, Eugene Czolij, attended the Commemoration of May 8, 1945 at the invitation of the Consul General of France in Montreal, Marie Lapierre, and laid a wreath at the French War Memorial on May 9, 2026 in Montreal.
