Eugene Czolij at a meeting with the President of Ukraine

The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal and NGO “Ukraine-2050” President, Eugene Czolij, attended a meeting with the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy, during a side event of the G7 Summit on June 17, 2025 in Calgary.

 

During this meeting, Eugene Czolij expressed condolences following one of Russia's largest attacks against Ukraine during the G7 Summit and raised the issue of the confiscation of Russia’s frozen assets abroad and their transfer to Ukraine for its defence and reconstruction.
