The Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Montreal, Eugene Czolij, took part in an enrichment ceremony of the “Ukrainian Bookshelf” at the Grand Library – Library and National Archives of Quebec with the participation of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha, on 30 October 2024 in Montreal.
